You're going to be joining an industry that you probably had no idea existed, but I can't tell you how cool and vital to global brands the print industry is. Think window displays, vehicle branding, exhibition stands, shop signage, gorilla marketing and viral campaigns in printed form. There so much to this space.
So whilst industry knowledge isn't needed, sales experience is. Everything technical that you need to know can be taught. What can't be taught is resilience, questioning, listening and then actioning.
You'll have a fantastic opportunity to drive this very well-respected business forward. You will be coming into the business with a 6 week induction. You'll spend time with Production, Studio, Client Services and back office to have a thorough understanding as to what each division does for the bigger picture. Armed with that information and holistic approach you'll be integrated into the sales team.
