This includes: Managing the recruitment lifecycle: From sourcing and engaging top legal talent to successfully placing them with prestigious law firms. Market research and mapping: Conducting comprehensive research to identify and assess high-calibre legal professionals globally. Relationship-building: Cultivating trusted, long-term relationships with leading lawyers and legal professionals, offering expert advice throughout their career journeys. Client engagement: Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders at top-tier law firms to understand their hiring strategies and deliver on complex mandates. Insights and reporting: Preparing and presenting detailed market insights and trends to both the internal team and external clients.
