As we continue to structure and grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced organisation.
You will be selling our Tradex solution, which is a cloud-based document repository with fully configurable role-based access to invoices and their supporting documents. It can integrate with many other corporate and scanning solutions to manage any documentation or unstructured business data associated with specific suppliers or projects.
Requirements
* Demonstrable B2B software sales experience (2+ years).
* Proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets.
* Experience in full 360 sales cycle, taking opportunities all the way to close.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
* Generating new business opportunities: fostering relationships with potential customers. Your primary role is to identify and engage with prospects, nurture leads, and qualify them.
* Prospecting: utilising our various prospecting tools, attending events, and leveraging online platforms.
* Lead Generation: initiating contact with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, cold emailing, social media outreach, or attending networking events.
* Qualifying Leads: engaging with prospects to determine their level of interest, needs, and fit with our company's products or services. This includes discovery calls to understand their pain points, requirements, and budget.
* Relationship Building: establishing and nurturing relationships with leads by maintaining regular communication, providing relevant information or resources, and addressing any questions or concerns.
* Collaboration: working closely with the SDRs and wider sales team, sharing insights and information about qualified leads.
* Pipeline Management: tracking and managing your sales pipeline, ensuring that all leads and interactions are accurately documented in the CRM and kept up to date.
* Market Research: conducting research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, or new business opportunities.
* Sales Support: preparation of sales presentations, proposals, or demonstrations.
