I have a great opportunity for a proven HR professional to join a highly meaningful client on an interim contract. This role is working at senior HR Advisor/Business Partner level. My client is flexible with start/finish times and is looking for someone to join them on a hour week.
What you'll need to succeed
HR Service
1. Be a key contact point forplex HR and payroll queries & provide holiday cover for the service, assisting the team during busy periods with general queries such as payroll cut off when the service is busy.
2. Review and sign off freedom of information requests
3. Assist with activities that will allow the service to run efficiently
HR Operations
4. Support the BPs and project team with HR related queries and actions relating to the recruitment and redeployment phase of the reorganisation.
5. Data Management for the HR operations
6. HR inbox management & general HR queries
7. Assist BP's with 1:1's and seeking redeployment with external partners.
8. Ensuring the establishment report / ESR is up to date following thepletion of the Op Model work & all information is saved correctly.
9. EDI Data Reporting at the end of the Op Model programme of work
