Huntswood is looking for Senior Complaint Handlers with business banking complaints experience to join an exciting project for a large retail bank, with immediate starts available.
As a Senior Complaint Handler you will provide a high-quality service to customers by resolving their complaints in a timely manner. Using your skills and experience of business banking products and complaints you will investigate the customers complaints to a high level and communicate the resolution in a bespoke letter and over the telephone.
Role overview:
Start Date: 30th September 2024
Day Rate: £195 per day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Bristol City Centre - Hybrid working available after a 6-week induction training programme
Working hours: 40 per week, Monday to Friday between 08:00-18:00
As a Senior Complaint Handler, you will be:
Providing high-quality service to customers by resolving complaints in a timely manner
Using your experience, you will collect information over the telephone and delivery of the right outcome to customers, making sure your decision is clear, justified and audited accordingly
Interrogating various systems with an inquisitive mind to gather information to support your decision, raising suggestions for improving the customer journey
