Job Overview
Morgan Philips Group seeks a seasoned Senior Human Resources Advisor to support employee relations and complex cases for 9-12 months. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in employment law, management coaching, and strong HR Generalist experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate regionally to provide employee relations support.
* Foster key stakeholder relationships and ensure effective case ownership through closure.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of employment law and act as a subject matter expert.
* Collaborate with Line Managers on HR issues and provide end-to-end technical support on TUPE.
* Undertake central HR projects and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
* Strong HR Generalist experience and excellent knowledge of employment law.
* Able to balance commercial needs with assessed risks.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth.
