Customer Support – Havant – £25,000 - £30,000

We are recruiting for a Customer Support to join multi-national manufacturing company based in Havant on the outskirts of Portsmouth. You will be familiar with Excel and other Microsoft Office programs and your personable nature will help you slot straight into the logistics team reporting into the distribution manager. If you are looking to get into a company where you can grow and develop, this could be an ideal role for you.
Responsibilities:
As Customer Support you will have a varied role with the team.
* You will oversee administrative support for the distribution team
* Provide updates to customers including pricing and the status of orders etc
* Arrange weekly reports sent out to customers
* You will be the point of call for incoming customer sales calls and you will pass these on to the relevant colleague
* Aftersales will be a big part of this role and you will be the point of contact for aftersales and warranty for the key accounts
Requirements:
To be considered for the role of Customer Support you will ideally have the following:
* You will have IT Skills and be particularly good with Microsoft Excel
* Good communication skills
* A good telephone manner is important for this role
* You will have a positive outlook with good prioritising skills
Package
The successful candidate for the role of Customer Support will receive the following:
* Salary circa £25,000 - £30,000
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4:15pm

The role of Customer Support is commutable from Portsmouth, Fareham, Havant, Hayling Island, Chichester and surrounding areas.
