Skills and experience of a Kitchen Manager:
4. Being positive, people focused and getting involved with the local community is a must.
5. Being punctual and detail oriented.
6. Strong knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety.
7. A track record of exposure to fresh food kitchen operations.
8. Experienced on financials such as wastage control, labour margins and overall p/l review.
9. Always leading from the front with a passion for developing future management.
10. You don’t have to be an eco-warrior but an interest in keeping the planet clean is essential.
