HR Director, London

Here at LADbible, we are hiring a HR Director role for our London office to oversee all our HR, Talent & Office team; including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws and regulation.

What are we looking for?
The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing LADbible Group's people strategy. This senior leadership position involves implementing strategic initiatives, driving organisational success and change and being a trusted advisor for the Board, C-Suite and Business Leaders.
* Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies alongside Heads of HR; aligned with the company’s business objectives.
* Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team on key organisational and management issues.
* Spearhead our global presence in the US, including working with our HR counterparts in multiple offices
* Performance Management: Oversee and guide the Head’s of HR to design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and drive organisational effectiveness.
* Provide coaching and guidance to the executive leadership team
* Training and Development: Provide professional leadership, support and development to our existing HR & Talent team, in order to increase knowledge, share best practice and ensure professional standards are met
* Drive continuous learning and professional development opportunities for employees at all levels.
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all local employment laws and regulations across the UK, US & Ireland & any other required jurisdictions.
* Guide the delivery of HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and support organisational goals.
* Form strong relationships with C suite and the Board, to ensure that the team perspective is fully represented in decision making
* HR Metrics and Reporting: Oversee the HR team to analyse and review statistical reports to identify trends, so that key issues and resources are adjusted accordingly
* Prepare and present reports to c-suite on HR-related matters.
* Utilise data and analytics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Experience we are looking for:
* Significant HR expertise: Deep understanding of HR principles and best practices, which covers knowledge of HR laws and regulations, recruitment, compensation, employee development, and employee relations.
* Solid track record of successfully implementing HR strategies & implementing change programs successfully.
* Previous experience within a similar industry, ideally media, digital or a tech-focused business & have managed / led on acquisitions & integrations
* Strong Leadership skills: Proven track record of managing HR teams across multiple locations. Coaching, mentoring & performance management where appropriate. Ability to make decisions quickly and correctly, especially in time-critical situations.
* A real hands-on attitude, someone that can be proactive as well as responsive to changes across the business.
* The confidence and gravitas to influence, empower and partner with stakeholders up to Board level.
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and managing a number of projects at any one time.
