Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service and customer care.
2. Support the ordering process, using customer service software to generate and communicate the current production plan to all internal stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
3. Maintain a good working knowledge of the customer service software.
4. Address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Build lasting relationships and find the best solutions for our customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain a good working knowledge of relevant products and services.
7. Confidently sell and upsell products when opportunities arise.
8. Multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
9. Liaise effectively with other departments regarding orders received, production scheduling, invoicing, quality control, and order delivery.
