Network HR has an exciting opportunity for an International Reward Manager role with a global financial services client in London. The position, reporting to the CHRO, involves overseeing cyclical reward activities and upskilling the team for future promotions.
Candidates with previous international exposure are preferred, and US experience would be advantageous (but not essential). The role offers flexibility on a full or part-time basis, requiring only 2 days office presence per week, making it an ideal setup for the right individual.
More about the role;
* The remit of this new position is exclusively compensation.
* The role will require comprehensive experience covering EMEA and APAC.
* The fixed term appointee will manage two direct reports so we are looking for a strong Reward Manager to upskill the team so they can continue to manage the evolution of the Reward strategy and manage the cyclical reward processes.
* The role will be charged with overseeing the reward activities for the 9 month duration, and be expected to create operational improvements where there are opportunities to do so. For instance, automating transactional processes and working with the IT /Tech teams to configure the HRIS accordingly.
* Oversight of the full cyclical reward process which is imbedded into the organisation.
* With regards to job grading and architecture – this project is 90% complete but has not yet been imbedded into the organisation. The fixed term appointee will lead on the roll out of this global project and ensure it lands successfully.
Candidate background;
* Sector agnostic but Financial Services would be advantageous
* International experience (EMEA and APAC)
* Proven experience in upskilling a team
* Experience in managing fixed and variable compensation initiatives including some experience to LTI management/evolution.
* Experience in Reward project work such as the introduction of new job architecture.
* Excellent written and verbal communication – this business is a very collaborative environment and therefore communication & relationship building is critical.
* Experience working in a fast pace environment
