We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join an international organisation with huge growth plans. You will be based in the office near Leighton Buzzard and be responsible for providing customer support via a service desk. You should have excellent communication skills, experience of working to SLA's and a passion for technology. This is a great role for someone who has 1st / 2nd Line skills and is looking for the next step to progress their career.
