Shepherd Neame is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team,so if you are a proven chef with experience at a senior level and you are lookingfor a new challenge; this may be just the job for you.
Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location that offers truly outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame's Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.
We know that an excellent Sous Chef is one of the keyingredients to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you supporting your Head Chef,deputising in their absence and assisting with the development of the kitchenteam to deliver efficient, high quality food service to our customers.
