9. What’s involved?
As Head Chef at this newly opened restaurant, you will report directly to the company Executive Chef and General Manager.
10. You will work closely as a team, taking the lead in the design creation and execution of menus that will be talked about and that follow the restaurants ethos of serving top quality, nutritious, well balanced dishes.
11. One of your key roles as Head Chef will be to promote, act and work in a manner consistent with the restaurant group as a whole.
12. You will be responsible for checking the quality of raw and cooked dished to make sure standards remain consistently high.
13. As with any Head Chef role, you will train and instruct your kitchen brigade in how each dish is prepared and presented.
14. Naturally you will cost all menu items to make sure GPs are hit and customer satisfaction maintained.
15. As food presentation will play such a big role in showcasing what makes this restaurant different, you will be as creative as you are skillful.
