Frazer Jones services have been retained by a global professional services organization to secure talent for a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager role.
This is an 11-month contract based in central Belfast.
Responsibilities:
* Operate as a Business Partner to the Leadership team/internal stakeholders.
* Support recruitment processes across several professional business areas.
* Ensure recruitment processes followed are efficient, identify issues and provide solutions.
* Drive DE&I practices throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage the recruitment budget.
* Drive talent acquisition via advertising and utilize headhunting tactics to attract passive candidates.
* Management of two junior members of the team, ensure they are managed effectively, and targets are achieved.
* Manage the delivery of recruitment and resourcing projects.
* Working with the wider Human Resources Team to support the implementation of induction programs.
* Support the early careers/graduate recruitment program (preferred, not essential).
To be considered:
* You will have an excellent academic background and be curious and genuinely passionate about talent acquisition.
* A background in in-house recruitment is essential.
* Proven ability to work operationally and strategically.
* Strong legislation knowledge regarding recruitment and best-practice graduate resourcing strategies.
* High level of attention to detail essential.
* Background in Professional Services.
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Health + Pension
