Service Desk Analyst
Leading International law firm seeks a Service Desk Analyst to join their busy IT team in London, this role is a permanent office-based position.

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:
\n
* Respond to inquiries from clients using the firm’s various tools and platforms
* Resolve level 1 problems by guiding users through the resolution process
* Offer clear guidance to users on how to effectively utilise applications and tools
* Record assistance requests, incidents, and solutions in the ticketing system
* Handle any escalated issues, monitoring their resolutions within a reasonable timeframe
* Interact with third-party service providers to resolve issues and ensure seamless integration of external services
* Oversee the management of company assets using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
* Responsible for imaging and setting up new hardware for new or existing firm members
* Assist with any Boardroom AV requests/issues

Service Desk Analyst Key Skills & Requirements:
\n
* 2 years+ IT experience within a law firm
* Excellent knowledge of supporting applications such as Windows 10, Microsoft Office products, Outlook (use of backup software and knowledge of servers is advantageous)
* Strong knowledge of network management and call ticketing systems
