Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining establishments, Michelin starred restaurants, or private members clubs
* Extensive knowledge of Italian and British cuisine
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence
* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable
