RoleOverview
We seek an experiencedstrategic and peoplefocused Head of Customer Service to lead ourdynamic customer support team. This pivotal role requires aforwardthinking individual passionate about enhancing customerexperience and implementing effective service strategies. You willalign customer service and salesinitiatives with our business goalsand drive continuous improvement across all serviceoperations.
Responsibilities for CustomerService Leadership
* Develop andexecute customer service strategies that enhance customersatisfaction and loyalty.
* Lead and mentor ateam of customer service advisors covering both UK and exportmarkets as well as a small projects teamto achieve excellence inservice delivery.
* Oversee customer serviceoperations ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiriesand issues.
* Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure a seamless customerjourney.
* Nurture the relationship betweenCustomer Service &their Area Sales Managers.
* Analyse customer feedback and metrics to driveimprovements and innovations in service delivery.
* Implement best practices to streamline processes andenhance efficiency.
* Engaging with key customersas relevant.
