Concept Technical Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to employees and management, ensuring that all HR-related activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Job Description:
* Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and hiring candidates.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and other HR-related information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
