About the Role:
1. Support the Head Chef in delivering quality products, including Afternoon Teas, Picnics, and more.
2. Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high standards.
3. Develop and refine menus, focusing on seasonal and fresh ingredients.
4. Lead by example in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Proven experience in a Sous Chef role.
6. Proactive, efficient, and quality-focused.
7. Strong knowledge of HACCP & Food Hygiene.
8. Passionate about food and wine events.

Terms & Conditions:
16. Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 per annum + discretionary service charge.
17. Hours: 42 hours/week, Wednesday to Sunday.
