Contract Type : Permanent, full-time
Salary : OTE £45,000 including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission
Working hours : 44 hours on a 5 day working week! (between Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm with one day off, and Saturday 9am to 5pm)

Previous automotive experience is desirable, but not essential for this role, as all we ask is that you're willing to get stuck in and learn the products inside and out. Full support and training will be provided, with access to Charles Hurst sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us.
You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.
Responsibilities / Key Skills
1. Communicating effectively through all channels with all customers to ensure our high customer service levels are maintained
2. Listening to our customers wants and needs in their vehicle, and suggesting suitable vehicles
3. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
4. Negotiating the final price for the sale
5. Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
6. Follow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction with the process
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated to crack on with the job and be passionate about what they do. You will be expected to hit targets so being ambitious and hard-working is essential.
