Senior Sous Chef
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at The Highdown in Goring-by-Sea.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head Chef, leading kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

About You:
Previous experience in catering and hospitality is essential. As a positive attitude is required, you must be able to run the kitchen, drive food culture, and engage teams and customers.
