1. Prospect and generate leads through the website, networking, and referrals
2. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
3. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business

Essential
4. Proven experience in sales, preferably in Solar or Renewable energy
5. Previous experience in a Team Leader or senior sales role
6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
7. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
8. Strong written and spoken communication skills
