Description:
Pastry Chef required in the beautiful coastal village of St.Ives!
Full-time hours available!
40hrs a week (5 days a week)
Permanent £15 p/hr
You will have a passion for all things sweet and the hospitality industry!
Responsibilities will include:
- Overall management & responsibility for the pastry section of the kitchen
- Ensure the production and service of the food in the section matches the vision of the Resort and the Executive Head Chef
- Stocking, checking and ordering ingredients
- Baking and decorating pastries and other desserts
- Contributing ideas to the menu
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment

-Someone willing to learn, develop and improve own skills, whilst having the ability to progress and engage others
- Always attentive and proactive
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
