We are currently representing an outstanding Sustainability Business who are looking to grow their team. The company provide Enterprise Businesses with a Sustainability Reporting platform.
The role -
* Supporting the Account Manager in recurring meetings by preparing and presenting data trends and product updates.
* Assist in drafting formal Scopes of Work, Technical Specifications, and Contracts.
* Manage post-meeting follow-up actions, ensuring tasks are completed through a technical support request ticketing system.
* Handle user and technical support queries via a ticketing system, driving requests to timely resolution.
Experience -
* 1-2 Years of Technical Account Management or Support roles ideally within SaaS.
* Experience in managing user/technical support queries within a request ticketing system.
* Ability to take initiative, self-learn, and work effectively with a SaaS product.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills, with strong attention to detail in capturing and summarizing meeting minutes.
