Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line technical support for a variety of IT issues, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
* Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution
* Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems either in-person or via remote support tools
* Escalate complex issues to second-line support or senior engineers
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
