The successful Reward Manager will manage the reward and benefits process for all our operating areas and across all our jurisdictions, so will be able to create a compelling reward and benefits strategy for all areas of our business that will promote employee engagement and help attract and retain top talent.
What you will do:
1. Lead on the effective development and implementation the Reward strategy for the Group that supports the Group's overall business strategy
2. Design, develop and manage a Group-wide reward framework, policies and processes that facilitates effective delivery of the reward agenda, incorporating annual pay review, market benchmarking, variable pay and benefit renewals.
3. Be seen as a subject expert for Reward across the Group while playing a critical role within the HR function, working closely with the HR Director and Senior Team to ensure reward solutions are fit for purpose and support the wider People strategy.
