Burton upon Trent (Covering UK wide sites)
Job Description:
1. Designing and delivering a training and development strategy that supports business objectives, talent management processes, and internal development programmes.
2. Identifying needs for training, determining specific requirements, and creating a training plan that is within budget. This will include working closely with managers in the development required for their teams.
3. Assessing suppliers/providers for quality of materials, delivery, and cost effectiveness.
4. Reviewing and updating all learning and development material.
5. Measuring training effectiveness and reporting on findings.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
1. Degree qualified professional in a relevant subject (or equivalent).
2. CIPD qualification.
3. Experience working within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector (desirable).
