Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £27,000 p.a. + 2% monthly commission
Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for an exciting Sales Executive role on behalf of a premium importer, wholesaler, and eCommerce business specializing in Spanish food and drink. This growing company is expanding its sales team and is looking for a passionate, driven individual to help build and maintain customer relationships, while contributing to the growth of the business.
The Role
As a Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of customers, handling inbound enquiries and building strong relationships to drive sales. You'll be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities through a proactive approach. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbound calls, emails, and live chat enquiries.
Building rapport with customers and providing quotes to maximise sales.
Proactively seeking new sales opportunities, including re-engaging dormant accounts and targeting prospective clients.
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
Managing and updating the CRM system to ensure a quality customer database.
Collaborating with internal teams to solve problems and ensure a smooth customer experience.
