Essential Requirements of a Product Development & Training Manager
* Proven experience within a manufacturing environment
* Previous responsibility for people management and individual and team development
* Qualification and or equivalent experience in training and development roles
Desirable Requirements of a Product Development & Training Manager
* Background and or experience in the Aerospace industry
