Residential Management Group, one of the UK’s largest Property Management Companies, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic 1st Line IT Service Desk Support Analyst to be a point of presence and ‘friendly face of IT’ at our office in Northwich (CW9 7LN).
What are some of the tasks our IT Service Desk Analyst will be doing?• Based in Northwich, you will provide 1st line support to RMG’s colleagues with resolving all IT support issues, requests and guidance within defined SLA’s• Utilising your strong people skills, you will take full ownership for incident and service requests, communicating clearly with internal customers remaining calm and patient at all times.• Keeping accurate and up to date records of the service requests and changes to the asset database.• Working using your own initiative and continuously improve service levels and develop IT processes.
