Role Overview: As a Drama Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in developing students' confidence, communication skills, and appreciation for the performing arts. This position involves teaching students across Key Stages 3 to 5, directing school productions, and fostering a vibrant creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and educational drama lessons.
* Direct and produce school plays and performances, showcasing student talent.
* Inspire students to appreciate and participate in the performing arts.
* Assess and record student progress and provide feedback to promote development.
* Manage classroom resources and create a stimulating learning environment.
* Collaborate with other arts departments to integrate curriculum and enrich student experiences.
