What will you get up to?
* Lead, inspire, and develop a talented kitchen team in delivering exceptional gastro pub dishes.
* Collaborate on creating new, seasonal menus that champion fresh, local produce.
* Manage kitchen operations: stock control, allergen management, and maintaining 5-star hygiene standards.
* Create recipes, spec sheets, and present new dishes at menu development meetings.
* Drive financial performance, including GP%, food costs, and waste reduction.
* Bring energy and pride to catering for events in the dedicated satellite kitchen.
