Senior L&D Consultant/L&D Manager – Professional Services Recruitment Agency
£45-55k plus bonus
London – Hybrid (4 days in office)

My client is a high growth recruitment brand in the Investments/Financial Services sectors. They are looking to develop their L&D offering with the introduction of a Senior L&D Consultant/L&D Manager who has a strong background in 360 recruitment and Business Development to support their junior and experienced consultants.
They offer a range of detailed training programmes as part of their L&D function, and this is an exciting opportunity for someone with a couple of years of L&D experience in recruitment to take the next step and broaden their range of experience.

🎭 The Role 🎭
As a Senior L&D Consultant/L&D Manager, you will:
* Do a critical evaluation of the L&D Strategy for the business to ensure future success in developing all levels of staff.
* Plan and manage the future graduate programme, leading the development of all new starters in the business from day 1 onward.
* Work with Managers and Leaders to develop their ability to lead teams and get the best out of their potential.
* Lead the business and SLT with a strong learning and coaching culture.
* Working closely with the Head of People and Operations director to shape future L&D strategies for growing teams and graduate functions.
🔎 What we are looking for 🔎
* The successful candidate will be an ex-recruiter who has 1-2+ years experience in an L&D role within a recruitment agency
* Demonstrable experience in rolling out a learning programme and working with all levels of recruiters.
* A passion for learning and a desire to drive business growth
* Clear proficiency in English both in writing and speaking.
* Creative thinking ability and a natural aptitude for problem solving.
Please note that candidates without the prerequisite L&D experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
