* Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a 1st line support role, ideally within an MSP or similar environment.
* Good understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist clients of all technical levels.
