What’s involved?
As Head Chef you will oversee and manage all aspects of their kitchens across the hotel, events and parties. You must be a good kitchen manager, be able to create exciting dishes and menu planning. As Head Chef you will have sound knowledge of keeping to budgets and working to a good GP targets. They are looking for an experienced and professional chef with strong kitchen management and excellent people skills, who will work with the history of the building and the senior management team to present a locally sourced, traditional menu
