Winchester Auto Barns new venue is looking to employ an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef/Sous Chef. Winchester Auto Barn is situated just outside Stockbridge the venue will be catering for breakfasts, lunches and events. This position would suit an experienced Chef de Partie wanting to progress in the kitchen and is for a January start.
Responsibilities will include:
* Undertake Head Chefs responsibilities where relevant/needed.
* Help with all ordering and training of staff.
* Always be Health and Safety and food safety compliant and follow all procedures and policies in every aspect
* Ensure excellent communication with other departments to aid in overall smooth service.
* Undertaking any reasonable management request.
We are looking for someone who can start in January. Due to location own transport is needed.
