Locations: Blackpool and covering our friendly Blackpool and Cleveleys branches
Hours: 17.5 hours a week, including some Saturdays

What you’ll need
* Crucially, you're a people person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required).
* The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
* The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, showing empathy, acting with care and integrity.
* The commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.
* A genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met.
* If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a LBG advocate, an expert in using our mobile app and demonstrate excellent knowledge of our products and services.
