What’s involved?
As a Junior Sous Chef within the hotel, you will assist alongside the other kitchen management team so that service is always run to the best possible standard. You will provide excellent freshly prepared food to cater for both the hotel functions and weddings alongside their pub menu. Ensuring that local Hampshire produce is being served. The hotel brand has a wholesome take on menus, creating a journey for all guests who stay with them.
