Having already gained numerous accolades they are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop their offering, so now require an exceptional Head Chef to run the award-winning restaurant kitchen.
There are 2 restaurants and a cocktail bar and lounge. The award-winning restaurant seats up to 100 covers and is currently open seven evenings a week and for lunch at the weekends.
There is a stable brigade of 7-8 chefs in place and with his brigade they prepare an indulgent menu utilising the diverse flavours of world cuisine. This culinary adventure is centred around sharing plates and offers Canterbury a new and innovative concept.

Overseeing the day to day running of this high-quality kitchen.
Creative and passionate about cooking first class cuisine
Strong leadership skills
Training initiatives to guide and foster growth opportunities within your team.
Organised with excellent time management
Effectively manage kitchen budgets
Able to excel within an independent business reporting directly to the Executive Chef.
The ideal candidate will have held a senior role within an award-winning restaurant kitchen with a minimum of 2 AA Rosettes/Michelin accreditation. The client has great ambition for the property and is looking for a Head Chef who can help them achieve further awards and accolades.
