The Opportunity:
We're seeking a passionate and skilled Service Desk Analyst with Dynamics 365 experience to support our client's transformative journey. You'll be at the forefront of their digital evolution, providing crucial support during and after the Dynamics 365 implementation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 from a support perspective
Familiarity with O365, Windows operating systems, and other Microsoft services
Hands-on experience with laptop/PC configuration and setup
Basic understanding of Linux
Foundational knowledge of Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Aruba networking equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
