HR Generalist

£39,500 + Pension + Parking
This innovative local business needs a HR Generalist who is passionate, proactive and career minded, this is a challenging role which would really utilise your 'people skills’.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting the HR Manager with a wide range of administrative and personnel duties
- Answering incoming calls to the Departmental and assisting where possible with general enquiries
- Retrieving files as requested by Manager which will include highly confidential employee information
- Organising recruitment process, arranging interviews and issuing offer/reject letter
- Collating information for new employees references and chasing for responses as instructed
- Maintaining employee records and recording holiday, sickness and absence details
