The Day-to-Day:
As the L&D / Training Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client's mission to drive organisational excellence for their corporate clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **L&D Program Development:** Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and objectives. Design bespoke L&D programs incorporating behavioural science and advanced instructional design.
- **Content Creation:** Develop top-tier training materials that align with client goals, address behavioural challenges, and foster desired outcomes.
- **Facilitation and Delivery:** Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation, knowledge retention, and behaviour change.
- **Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:** Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and enhance training strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Establish and nurture strong client relationships, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for additional support and collaboration.
