Role: Sales/Customer Support Consultant (Full or Part Time)
Role Description
Dawkes Music is looking for a customer-focused salesperson to take on a full-time or part-time position in one of the largest and most reputable specialist Woodwind and Brass shops in the UK.
Our sales & support consultants must be enthusiastic, compassionate, transparent, and engaged with the needs of the customer to provide the best possible service in any situation. A new addition to our team must be able to complete high quality work within a schedule and work pro-actively with others to achieve our collective responsibilities.
Communication, high levels of customer service, an interest in music and teamwork will be at the heart of the role. You will have responsibility for dealing with customers visiting our store and providing them with award-winning levels of service. You will work closely with the rest of the sales team under the Store Manager. Full specialist training in Woodwind & Brass related products will be supplied via our ‘Dawkes Academy’ internal program.
Main Activities & Skills
* Providing consistent and excellent service to customers in-store, online and via the telephone
* Ability to explain our offerings to customers in a clear, patient and informative manner
* Taking and processing orders for in-store and mail-order customers
* Communicating between our Sales, Workshop and Logistics teams to help resolve customer queries and issues
* Completing the product training pathway on our internal ‘Dawkes Academy’ program
