About Our Client
Working within a dynamic team of 25, this role is based in Warrington as part of the client services hub. This company is a UK market leader who have grown significantly in the past 5 years.
Job Description
In this role you'll find no two days are the same. You'll find yourself working between urgent customer requests and planed maintenance, this will involve a mixture of conversational and administration work.
3. Receiving and making phone calls to schedule maintenance work.
4. Building strong relationships with contractors.
5. Managing appointments and scheduling urgent repair work.
6. Ordering parts and materials needed to complete jobs.
7. Responding to customer queries via email.
8. Recording job progress on the inhouse system.
9. Raising quotations to send out to customers.
10. Raising invoices when the work is complete.
11. Providing an excellent customer service in all customer interactions.
12. Working closely with out departments in the business to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly.
13. Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the property industry.
14. Provide regular reports on account performance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
15. Experience of working in a telephone based role is essential.
16. Strong written communication skills.
17. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
18. A customer-focused approach and ability to handle complex queries.
19. Proficiency in MS Office suite, ideally a little experience in excel.
20. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
21. Able to work on shift rotations, including weekends (Earliest start 7am, latest finish 7pm).
22. Able to work full time out of an office in the Newton-le-Willows area.
Experience working in a facilities, supply chain, ecommerce, logistics, engineering or similar is an advantage.
