What’s involved?
A successful Sous Chef will work directly alongside the Head Chef preparing for meals and getting ready for service. Assisting with menu’s, along with training and development of the team Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
Minimum of 3 AA Rosette experience required but Michelin would be ideal.
