Location:
Office based in Southend, Essex.
Working Hours: 9am till 5.30pm - Monday to Friday
Full-time position with an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Services & complaints Representative, you will play a vital role in managing customer retention activities for our client's Gadget and Travel policy products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling customer inquiries and managing retention activities against business KPIs.
Achieving individual objectives and key performance indicators as set.
Providing exceptional customer service via outbound and inbound calls and emails.
Supporting clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maximising business opportunities through product knowledge.
Timely and professional policy administration.
Assisting colleagues from various areas of the business, including liaising with insurance providers, claims handling, and general administration.
Adhering to company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
