Our client who are leaders in their field, are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager who will make a significant impact on their future success!
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to join their team. They are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about recruitment, enjoys building relationships, and has a keen eye for identifying exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements, and establish recruitment plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
3. Conduct thorough candidate screening and assessment processes to identify the most suitable individuals for each position.
4. Utilise innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent acquisition partners to ensure a diverse and high-quality pool of candidates.
6. Act as a brand ambassador to promote our company's unique culture and values, both internally and externally.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practises in recruitment, and recommend improvements to optimise the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Skills:
8. Previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within engineering or a similar industry.
9. Proven track record of successfully attracting and hiring top talent for various positions.
10. Strong understanding of recruitment principles, methodologies, and best practises.
11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
12. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
13. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
14. A proactive and positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills.
