Our HR Business Partnering model is at the forefront of this transformation. You will lead the HR business partnering teams for 2 of our Business Groups - the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and Solicitor�s Office and Legal Services (SOLS) Groups. �You will have the opportunity to build strong and trusting relationships with senior leaders to help shape their people priorities and ensure they can lead effectively through change.
As the leader of our Central Partnering Team, you'll lead a new model for business partnering � providing a flexible resource of business partner capacity to support the broader BP team deliver key actions and interventions in support of the business. �

Job description
1. Ensuring delivery of a professional HR service to CFO, SOLS, currently c employees in total.
2. The shaping of CFO and SOLS, business priorities and people priorities, reflected in these Groups� People Plan
3. Influencing across the Chief People Officer Group to ensure the �organisation�s people priorities reflect the business needs of both CFO and SOLS.
4. Supporting CFO and SOLS business leaders and their Senior Leadership Teams (SLTs) collectively to build leadership capability, and to lead and manage change well.
5. Continued development of the Central Partnering Team function to ensure high quality products.
6. A current team of c 50 FTE and a budget of c �2 million
7. Direct management of 3 Grade 6 staff
Key Accountabilities Include
8. Delivery of actions, interventions and success measures outlined in the People Plans of both CFO and SOLS.
9. Ensuring high levels of satisfaction with products and interventions developed by the CPT
Key Interactions
Partnering with senior business leaders in CFO and SOLS to ensure their Group People Plans reflect key business challenges, playing a full and active part in SLT in SOLS/CFO.
The role requires a close and strong working relationship with other HRDs to provide collective leadership to the HRBP function, as well as operating as a member of WT&P SLT.
It also requires building strong relationships across CPO and the wider HR function to ensure the function delivers support on key people priorities for CFO and SOLS, as well as strong partnership working the CPT.
Person specification
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate relevant experience and effective delivery of the following essential criteria:
10. Minimum chartered CIPD with the committed to work towards FCIPD level.
11. Experienced in leadership of large multi-level team creating strong career pathways, with diversity of capability and thought.
12. The ability to influence others and secure the confidence of senior stakeholders; to quickly build credibility and operate at a strategic level, providing challenge, influencing and persuading senior leaders and board members.
13. Demonstrable experience in using data and insight to facilitate business choices.
14. Demonstrable experience in the execution of the people strategy/plan and delivery of core HR activity ( resourcing, capability building, retention).
