Purpose
The Doors Sales Executive is responsible for small repairs through to full modernisation and replacement, as well as supporting with maintenance sales when required.
To proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONEs order book and profitability.
This role will cover mainly existing business for the Midlands & North regions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling).
2. Development of mostly existing customer relationships.
3. Collaboration with the rest of KONE team to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Proactively generates opportunities from outside current customer base.
5. Manages requests for quotations.
6. Is accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets.
7. To consult with the Area Service Manager and local engineers.
8. Is accountable for finding customer needs and that KONEs solution matches with the needs.
9. Is responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools, and for optimizing prices and discounts.
